Most backless dresses require special bras which won’t show at the back. But these bras may be inconvenient or out of reach to some. How can you make your own backless bra without cutting your ordinary bra?

- Cut off the hook side and the eye side from the old bra
- Use a thread and needle to temporarily fix the hooks and eyes onto both sides of the elastic
- Test the elastic on the real bra
- If need be, reduce the size of the elastic until it fits
- Secure the hooks and eyes
